Shipping

For all deliveries we charge a proportional shipping fee, which depends on the weight of the shipment and the delivery address / country of destination. Since we are charged for freight by weight, quantity discounts are not available. The shipment is made from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to non-European countries. We strive for immediate delivery. This means that the goods are usually released for shipment within 5-7 working days after receipt of payment. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately by e-mail. The shipment of the goods is always insured and at the risk of the seller.

Pickups

Parcels are picked up by logistics service providers every Tuesday and Friday.

Payment

Payment is due immediately after placing an order; we deliver exclusively after prepayment. Payments in advance are to be made to our Mollie account. Through the Mollie system, we accept all major payment methods. The cost of your order will be displayed during the ordering process.

Restrictions

Not possible, without exceptions, are:

  • changes to your order (you have to cancel your order and place another)
  • combined shipping of separate orders (cancel your orders and place another)
  • payments by bank transfer to our bank account
  • deliveries by cash on delivery
  • deliveries on weekends
